Olive Shampoo

Olive from Italy is made to provide extra moisture and hydration to revitalize the hair and scalp. It also has vitamins that help soothe and repairs dry hair, as well as boosts hair shine.

How I use the Naturals by Watsons Olive Shampoo

I have been experiencing dandruff for months now, and it is very frustrating. Some people find washing their hair every other the solution for soothing dry scalp. But, guess what? It only made my scalp itchier since I believe it creates more oil and dirt build up. So it probably depends on your scalp and, unfortunately, it didn’t work for me.

Anyway, here is how I use the Naturals by Watsons Olive Shampoo. Since I have thick hair, it takes too long before my hair gets thoroughly wet. And when I am in a hurry, I usually rush it and dig into the shampooing part already. But now, I take my time before getting two pumps of Olive Shampoo. As I massage it on my scalp, I notice that it gets a bit sticky on the roots. Thus, I part my hair in the middle and use a silicone shampoo brush to detangle my hair and make sure that I don’t get that sticky roots. Brushing my hair also helps in cleaning the scalp most especially that I have dandruff. After that, I rinse as I massage my scalp with my fingertips.

My experience using the Naturals by Watsons OIive Shampoo

In my first few tries of using it as my shampoo, I have already noticed that I get sticky roots after washing. After a few days, that was when I realized that parting my hair in the middle would help since you don’t get product build up on those parts. Also, I have noticed a big difference when it comes to my scalp. I feel like my scalp is slowly getting soothed by the Olive Shampoo. It is not thoroughly gone but not like how it used to, and I cannot wait to see more results in the weeks to come.

The Naturals by Watsons Olive Shampoo is clear, smells good, and very gentle to use. The amount of product to use always depend on how thick and how long your hair is. I have also tried a different mild shampoo in Japan before during our vacation, and I have also noticed that the when using a gentle shampoo makes a lot of difference especially when you have a dandruff prone scalp like mine. I highly recommend this shampoo to those who are also struggling with dandruff. With all honesty, my scalp is less itchy now, and my hair feels so soft especially as soon as it gets air dry, moreover, you can try the shampooing tips I have mentioned that worked for me too.

Argan Oil Conditioner

After shampooing my hair with the Olive Shampoo, I then use three pumps of the Argan Oil Conditioner. With my hair parted in the middle, I apply it to my roots to ends. As much as possible, I do not apply it on my scalp like I used to with the shampoo. Again, I use my silicone shower brush to detangle my hair especially on areas that feel sticky. It helps to soften those parts making it easier to rinse. I usually leave it for a few minutes while I use the next product for my body.

My experience using the Naturals by Watsons Argan Oil Conditioner

First of all, I do not like its smell. I believe that any products’ scent enhances your experience as you use it by making you feel good. So I hope they could improve on that. I love how it makes my hair more manageable and soft especially after using the Olive Shampoo.

Rice Bran Cream Bath

Rice Bran from Japan brightens the skin making it healthier and more radiant. It also helps prevent skin aging while protecting it against UV damage and boosts skin elasticity.

How I use the Naturals by Watsons Rice Bran Cream Bath

As I leave my hair with the Argan Oil Conditioner, I start to wet my body scrub towel before getting two to three pumps of Rice Bran Cream Bath. Any loofah or body exfoliating gloves or towels will do. Then, I rub the body scrub towel until it gets foamy, and wet it a little bit more if needed. Once I get my desired foamy body scrub towel, I scrub it on my neck and shoulder areas down to my body. If I am not in a hurry, I usually take my time especially on areas which need exfoliations such as my arms, armpits, thigh areas, knees, and legs. After that, I rinse my hair first before washing my entire body.

My experience using the Naturals by Watsons Rice Bran Cream Bath

It was only last year when I started using body scrub towels religiously, and I have noticed a big difference in my skin. The number of times you exfoliate in a week depends on the sensitivity of your skin. Using a body scrub towel with a good body wash such as Rice Bran Cream Bath works well for me.

As my first time using a Rice Bran variant, I am pretty much impressed. It has this mild yet very fresh scent which I love. It feels so gentle and soft on the skin while leaving it squeaky clean yet fully hydrated.

How I use the Naturals by Watsons Aloe Vera Hair & Scalp Tonic

After taking a bath, I usually keep my towel on my hair for a few minutes to help it dry faster. Then, on my damp hair, I spray the product in one area of my scalp and massage it afterward, and the cycle goes on. I use it with dry hair too and sometimes use it at night before I sleep or whenever I feel like it.

My experience using the Naturals by Watsons Aloe Vera Hair & Scalp Tonic

My first time using a scalp tonic and it didn’t disappoint. I must say that I like it better than hair oils since it does not leave my hair greasy at all. Hence, it soothes my scalp and leaves my hair moisturized. Massaging my scalp with Aloe Vera Hair & Scalp Tonic gives me that sense of relaxation too. Also, it smells so good that I love using before I sleep.

Aloe Vera Hair and Scalp Tonic

Overall, these products worked for me, and I hope those few tips I have mentioned especially on the Olive Shampoo will work out for you too. Even as I am writing this now, I cannot help but touch my hair! It is so soft, and I love it! If you love to dye and style your hair as I do, it is best to use organic shampoo, conditioner and hair and scalp tonic that will give your hair the nourishment and protection it needs. And of course, love your skin too and always use a gentle cream bath! πŸ˜‰
